| Aoife felt a bit sick of all the people at Hogwarts. And of Hogwarts. And of the same boring routine. And of just feeling a bit sad, without much reason, almost all of the time. So obviously the logical place to go was the Hog's Head. Aoife had never been there before, but she'd heard it was slightly dodgy, usually quiet, and served nice firewhiskey. Since she was seventeen now, she could go to places like it and drink alcohol as much as she wanted, at least in the wizarding world. Although from what she had heard of the Hog's Head, she could most likely get away with drinking even if she wasn't yet seventeen, since nobody would care enough to refuse her it, or tell anyone she was underage.
Her hair in a messy ponytail, and her whole appearance a tired, slightly ill mess, she walked quickly down to Hogsmeade. Unsurprisingly, when she got into the pub, it was empty with the exception of the people who worked there and a couple of strangers sitting by themselves. After getting herself a bottle of firewhiskey from the bar, she took a seat in a booth in the corner, leaning back against the wall and briefly closing her eyes, taking the rare opportunity to have a little peace and quiet, and not be very Aoife-ish. Because constantly being Aoife-ish was unbelievably difficult. | |
