Wow that's a long way down, Abigail looked down at the covered bridge, "Why am i here again?" she thought," oh yeah, i got lost, i wonder if someone will come by."

That day seemed to hate Aylee. She had woken up late, and missed breakfast which made her really frustrated and caused her to throw her bag against the wall. In result, her ink bottle smashed, spilling ink everywhere. It had taken her ages to clean it up, and then just as she was about to head towards Astronomy, she remembered that she hadn't done her homework, so she decided to skip classes and spent the morning in the library. By lunch she had gotten used to the hunger, and wouldn't eat more than a sandwich. So after eating a small snack, Aylee found herself walking outside. The sun seemed bright and warm, something which she had actually missed. Idiot, being afraid of going outside, she thought to herself. And she had reached the lake when she decided to go explore somewhere else.

That was how she ended up going to the Covered Bridge. She had actually expected to be the only one there when she saw a figure there, walking. She kept walking, and ended up closer to the figure, who turned out to be a Gryffindor. From the size, the girl seemed to be a first-year, something which Aylee rarely saw these days. Except for Lyra and that Slytherin boy she had met. When she was a first-year, the castle seemed to be full of those.

"shoot, i hate being here alone, wheres my sister?", Abigail looked around to see if her sister was coming but saw no one, suddenly she heard footsteps, she looked to her right to see a girl with brown hair coming towards her. she had ravenclaw robes, "hmm, maybe she knows where my sister is"

The girl now seemed to be looking at Aylee, so she decided to talk to the girl. "Hi," she said, her voice somehow betraying her and made her sound like she was saying something rudely. "How are you?" This wasn't a normal greeting for her, she was in a bad mood, which only made it worse.

Abby looked at the girl for a moment before saying "Hi, my name is abby, i-im fine and you?"

Aylee shrugged and lied smoothly, "I'm okay." She hasn't been okay lately. "What's your name? I'm Aylee."

Abigail looked at Aylee, didn't i just say my name, oh well, "my name is Abigail, but my sister calls me Abby"

Immediately, Aylee realized that the girl had already said her name. "Oh, sorry," she apologized. "I'm a bit distracted today!" Then she sighed and said, "I like the name Abby."

"its ok", hmm, shes a Ravenclaw maybe she knows my sister or at least tell me her whereabouts, "um Aylee, i have you seen my sister?, she's in Ravenclaw too"

Aylee shook her head. She'd never seen or met anyone who fit that description. "Nope, haven't seen her," she said, hoping that Abby wouldn't be disappointed at the news. So instead she asked, "So you're a first year? How's that working out for you?"

Abby looked at Aylee and frowned slightly, "oh man, she always does this, what could she possibly have seen to make me come here.", Abby was getting frustrated, but was soon forgotten when Aylee spoke again, "oh, um, first year has been good, i made a friend, his names Mooch, he's in Hufflepuff, what year are you in?"
