Tea Makes Everything Better (Open)

Just another day at work. Damien liked having this job. It was something to occupy himself with. He often found himself taking extra shifts, simply because he had nothing better to do. One might think that it wasn’t his sort of job, that involved so much talking to people and having to put them first, but he was actually getting very good at dealing with them and he was very knowledgeable about all the artefacts sold here. It was the evening shift today, from six until ten, when the shop closed. That was a good thing, since he always had more interesting customers at this time.

The bloke who had been handling the last shift cleared off as soon as he arrived, leaving him alone in the empty shop. He headed to the backroom, made himself a cup of tea and then came to sit behind the counter, making himself comfortable. Tea was a beautiful thing. Although most people drank coffee to keep them awake, Damien hated the taste and would just drink a few mugs of tea instead. Usually when he was at work, he would use up all the teabags making himself cuppas constantly. Yum, tea.
