| Halo hated this school already. He did enjoy scaring the hat into screaming out one of the two houses it was annoyingly debating over. He knew his mother would be a bit confused. To him it was good. He could torment the ones who were always against his mother's house from the inside. In honesty, he did not care what house he was in. He did not wish to be here. Even if by all rights the little demon spawn deserved the house of Slytherin perhaps as a Gryffindor he may loosen up a little. Not really but people could delusion themselves as they wished. Slipping out of the school he made his way to the darkest place on the campus. He hated the brightness of the school. Most of the staff here he wished would run out of black sands in their hourglasses. The ghosts were fun to torment. Especially peeves and nearly headless nick. Sitting in the shadows cast by the edge of the Forbidden Forest's overbearing plantlife, he was holding a conversation with a dementor. It sounded like they were making dementor sounds back and forth. He was hand in hand with the dementor from the Deatheater Headquarters. His ghostly responses shorter than the dementors own. Yet he seemed quite at ease right where he was. |

| Ridley didn't wait much after she was sorted to slip out of her cold dungeon dorm rooms and wander out. Hogwarts was huge and so very explorable and Ridley wasn't sure where to after she'd (almost) succesfully not gotten herself lost. The Lake was probably closest, but it seemed pretty boring. If her father's stories were anything to go by, there were always interesting things going on at the Forbidden forest, so Rid didn't waste much time in trodding off in the general direction of where she suppossed was it was. Maybe there was a reason its name was 'forbidden', but hey, what was the worst that could happen?
Carefully avoiding being caught, Ridley moved trough the trees. She wasn't very far in yet when she heard the sounds. They weren't like anything human she'd heard, so she stopped in her tracks to curiously peek from behind a tree.
There was a boy there, still in his, robes, who seemed her age. Ridley was ready to yell out to him and start a conversation, because the guy was obviously a rule-breaker if he was in the forest, but the person he holding... conversation with had her gaping. It was more a thing than a person, though. A dementor. Her father had seen one in his day - they were the things Ridley had to be most aware of.
As she looked closer, Ridley finally picked up the whole picture - a boy was conversing with a dementor. In demon-ish (or whatever that was). Forgetting her fear momentarily, Ridley gasped, "That's so cool!"

| Halo ignored other fleshie presences because he had seen so many running to and from the forbidden forest he acknowledged the idiots would be around here. So he made sure to avoid the safer paths and stay in the depths of the shadows belly. In a manner of speaking. He continued answering the dementor, in the dementor's own tongue, now and then. A scent hit his nose and he ignored it. Until it stupidly impeded upon his senses with a high pitched cry of that's so cool. The look of annoyance he leveled her way would have scared the hell out of most people.
The dementor held an expression that seemed---pained? due to how Halo's hold on him tightened. A flash of darkness turned halo's eyes pitch black from end to end before the dementor howled in pain. The scathing look it was sent halted it midway through the protest. He got up and pulled the dementor along. Sitting back down a few feet deeper into the forest. Stupid girl. She was a nuisance. |

| Ridley was supposed to be afraid. There was a boy who gave practised death glares (she was impressed by those, to be honest) and could pull dementors along with him where he went in her school. Not to mention the sounds (now those were scary in and out of themselves). Ridley didn't think anyone but her would be this excited. There was a subject worh of her explorations.
Now, if only she could follow them... She doubted it would be hard, but then again, the boy hadn't semmed very friendly (in terms of people, anyway). Annoying people was Ridley's speciality, anyways. She handled her brother all the way from home, she could handle a - a - what was he? - a dementor trainer? She was going with that.
Ridley waited some minutes before slipping from behind the tree (she had some brains, contrary to a popular rumour Conroy keeps spreading) and, as quietly as possible, set out in the direction the dementor was dragged away. | |

| Halo hoped that girl who was stupidly fascinated by what he was doing would leave him alone. In case she did not, he set up a little game for her, charming and conjuring various things he needed. Just loose animals bones from around the area. He began to make the skeletal mutations wander around. More specifically, when he went quiet and just focused on this, the ones he had made began to mindlessly tromp about. He was in the shadows moving the wand about. Making demonic and ghostly sounds that seemed to ventriliquist out of the monstrocities mouths. The dementor had been instructed he could not kill the idiot fleshie. Sending the monstrocities her way he began his dark little game. In hopes of chasing her away. |

| Ridley's first thought upon seeing the floating bones was that they were something specific to the forest, but then again, her dad had never told her about any flying animal skeletons and he never hid anything from her. So the second thing Ridley came up with, going further in, was that this was spell and someone was doing it. If the sounds from in between the trees were anything to go by, it was probably that strange boy playing mind tricks on her. So, taking out her wand and pointing it to nothing spesific, she murmured one of the few charms she already knew from her father, "Finite Incatatem". She suppossed she wasn't allowed to be using it outside of Hogwarts, but it couldn't possibly count if she'd learned that spell before she became a student. It took awhile (perhaps the caster was powerful already), but the bones fell down on the ground in Ridley's feet. Relieved, she tucked her wand away in her robes and resumed her chase. - OOC (please read):
Ridley doesn't officially own a wand yet as the wand thread hasn't been updated, but I hope that's okay? Also, sorry for the delay.
