Personality: Since I adopted him myself, I made him much more quirky and mad than he was before, with a more serious act when he's around people he doesn't know as well. But you're welcome to change his personality as much as you like.

Relationships: Importantly, he's friends with Owen Gray and doesn't particularly like Sandra Torres.

Development: He's the Minister of Magic and he should keep that job for now.

Other information: I adopted him because nobody else was going to and I thought he was important to the plot but I haven't done much with him. I'd ask Andrew if he needs to have a part in the plot if you adopt him.
