| Nina was rather excited to be going home for Christmas! It was their first holiday as an actual family, and Nina was also excited to be meeting Aisha's family as well. Nina and Sarah sat next to each other on the train as they usually did, and looked out the window to see if they could spot Aisha. They did and where literally jumping in their seats. They never had a normal Christmas with their grandmother, and "Santa" was ruined for them at a very young age.
Nina smiled at Sarah as the train rolled to a stop. This was it! They grabbed their bags from under the train, and ran over to Aisha. They where home in no time, and immediately went to their rooms to unpack, and get ready for the next couple of weeks. Nina was also excited to see Sarah. She hadn't seen her much, and was ready to catch up with her twin. It had been a while since they had had an actual conversation with her, so it would be nice to catch up with her for a couple of weeks.
Nina had forgotten how big her new home actually was. She hadn't been there enough to explore. Over the summer she did a little bit, but she knew she hadn't even covered HALF of the house. Which was AWESOME when you where used to a small apartment, or group home. Nina sat on her bed in her room and looked around. She smiled. It was a place she could actually call hers! |
