Kaleb's Hogwarts Adventures Thus Far (Open)

Kaleb had managed to avoid Lily all week. This place was big enough, so there were many places to hide when he thought she was near. He hadn't made very many friends. He had a brief conversation with his dorm mate. He thought his name was Derek but he couldn't be sure. Other than that, this place that his father decided to send him too was pretty cool. Of course, he would still act like a miserable kid when he got home for Christmas, because he wouldn't tell his father that he actually liked his classes, the school, and his teachers.

His favorite class had to be History of Magic. He signed up for the Founders class, and really liked his teacher Chloe. She hated being called Professor Gracen, so she said to call her by her first name, which was cool, but weird. He had written thousands of letters too his mum hoping that he could send them too her when he got home. He hoped that his father would let him anyways. He wondered if she knew about this magical place, and wands and houselves and stuff. Probably not. He looked back on his childhood, and didn't remember seeing anything unusual or magical-like.

He really liked his common room, and how the Ravenclaws where supposed to get in. They had to answer a question. Some of them where easy, as he had read all of his text books before term started, so he knew most of them, but the ones he didn't know he had to wait for another student to come and answer it for him so they both could get into the common room. It also sucked. His third day there, he had been really hungry late at night, and an older student had told him were the kitchens where, so he had went to get a snack.

When he came back, he didn't know the answer to the question, so he had to sleep outside the door. Luckily, Chloe, who happened to be the Ravenclaw Head of House, saw him there, and answered the question for him and allowed him in, which out taking away house points. She was nice enough to just give him a warning.

He suddenly realized that he was just wandering around the halls, and wandered into the gardens. He hadn't even realized that he was outside! It felt amazing out! So, he found a bench outside and decided to sit on it, and write yet another letter too his mother that he hoped to send to her later.
