How James came to be!

So, for anyone who didn't know, when I made this account, the name wasn't James Morgenstern, but Deva White. And this person had the fc of ... You guessed right: Scarlett Johansson! So I finally go to use her. Now, Deva had been a character previously used on another site, so I had an idea for her when I joined this site. I figured she'd be one of those that I would make. I first imagined that being the first one I did make, but settled for Mordred, once again due to Benedict Cumberbatch.

I have a deal with myself every time I join a new forum, and that's checking the fc list, and when I saw that Scarlett wasn't taken, I was intending to use her first. But alas. So, after Morgana was made, I actually thought I shouldn't make more characters, because I didn't know if I'd enjoy the site or not. But I have no selfrestraint and made Deva. I made her as a spy, having gone to Durmstrang, and had an image of a 007 type of character. But I didn't want to drag it too far to make her a Mary Sue.

But after only a few weeks of Deva time, I started to realize that she didn't belong where I'd put her, and I talked to Andrew about Dark Ones. And I decided that she could be the Dark One, or something, but after talking a bit with Andrew about it, I soon found that I didn't want Scarlett Johansson's face for this role. And I knew exactly who to use. The most perfect psychopath ever: ANDREW FREAKING SCOTT. If you have NOT WATCHED SHERLOCK, first of all: SHAME ON YOU, second of all: WAAATCH IIIIT!

So James wasn't really an evil ploy from the beginning, but I'm so glad I changed the account to James Morgenstern, because I'm having way too much fun with him! As for why I landed on James Morgenstern. Well, James is the name of the character in Sherlock. Or Jim to a lot of people, but still. And I figured James was a sleek enough name to be acceptable to an evil person. I was DYING to call him Moriarty, but I AM trying to not use too many already-existing characters. So I went for Morgenstern because Lucifer. Lucifer means 'morning star' and Morgenstern is the German word for morning star, and is actually, irl, a very common surname. But that gave him the edge I wanted.

I don't know yet what sort of a role James will be playing on this site, but I am ANXIOUS TO FIND OUT. If anyone wants to die, please PM me, and James will take care of the rest I am only joking. A bit. But I love RP-ing with James, he is definitely one of my favorite characters. Not that I have VERY MANY to pick from...
