Lesson Two

Kim bit her lower lip upon hearing her name. She took the broom that the professor gave them and went to the starting line. Noticing that Professor Clark blew his whistle, she kicked off the grassy land and went straight to the air.

Surprisingly, she had no trouble on controlling the broom. Whenever she wanted to go up, down, left or even right, it obediently follows her orders. Having this as a realization, she thought that she will have no trouble on doing the said task but looking for the circles was a tough one for her. When she found the first circle, she didn't have trouble on following the others. In the middle of the obstacle, she was feeling perfectly fine but then, she got the feeling of consciousness, having her classmates watch her from a distance. This made her ride bumpy.

Though she can manage the broom easily, her brain wasn't cooperating. She bumped few circles on her way to the last, having a rough landing in total. Knowing what will happen next, she gave her broom to the professor and went with the crowd completely dissatisfied with her performance. She knew that she can do pretty well on flying but loosing concentration in order to touch four circles was considered bad.

"Excellent work for a first-timer Ms. Frey. Well earned eleven points for your house."

Suddenly, the weather went dim, indicating that it will soon rain. "I think that we're done everybody. I would like to thank you all for your patience and hardwork, considering that this is obviously hard for a first time. You are all dismissed. By the way, wait for my next announcement on where we are going to held our next flying lesson. Good bye." Ashton stormed out the field even before the students went away. He knew that he did a pretty good job on this one, even if it was his first time.
