Who can use this spell? Anyone who is third (fourth?) year or older.

Why do you think we should use it on the forum?
1) It's almost canon (if consider official games canon)
2) It has many uses like defending against pranks or defending against hostile creatures
3) More spells = more fun

Any other information that we should know about it: None

I'm taking Bulla out and replacing with Ebublio. Mainly because they're the same thing and Ebublio is actually on the games.

I made two versions because despite being the same spell they have some differences. So I thought it would be good if one can use both versions. For the whole body and for a head only.
