While we would like everyone to be active members of Live the Magic, we understand that sometimes, real life priorities and problems can get in the way. If you find that you don't have time for a character - perhaps you have too many characters already, don't have the time to role play, or simply aren't enjoying your character any longer - but would still like your character to live on, you may place an existing character up for adoption. To do this, simply complete the form below and post it as a new thread in the Adopt a Character forum. Once you have posted your adoption request, other members can reply to the request to claim the character. You must then accept or deny the claim. Please understand that once you've accepted a claim, the claimed character is no longer under your control, and the new owner may role play with the character in any way that they wish (so long as it is within the guidelines specified in the adoption request.)

If you would like another member to take control of a character that has some relation to your own, you may place a new character up for adoption. (Keep in mind that a first year start is enforced for all students. This means that you can not post an adoption request for a student aged sibling or friend who is not a first year.)
