Lesson Two

Slytherin didn't find any difficult in answering the next slide. Kim Frey and Lucy Malfoy raised their hands at the same time but in the end, Lucy let Kim take this time's answer. Ashton nodded at Lucy, knowing what she is thinking. "Yes, Ms. Frey?"

"The Headmaster's Office Professor," Kim answered confidently.

"Correct. Seven points to Slytherin!" They produced the same sound as Ravenclaw made before. Feeling the excitement, Ashton inserted another slide for them.

The picture showed a room full of old trophies, awards, cups, statues, plates, shields and metals, held inside a huge cabinet covered in a glass slide. On its side is the list of head boys and girls. Outside the room are some suits of armor aligned on the corridor. "This picture is worth ten points. Any guesses?"

Wade knew what this was, so he immediately raised his hand and waited for Professor Clark to call on him.

James directed an indignant gaze at the Slytherins, who were rejoicing for guessing the second picture correctly. The third one showed a place filled with a collection of trophies and cups of all kinds. He had never seen it, but he was profoundly hoping one of his teammates did. Unfortunately, Wade was the first one to raise his hand. Not again, James thought, hoping that he would give a wrong answer.

Upon seeing the third picture, Wade raised his hand immediately, and Lucy felt proud of him. It was an easy answer, she thought, and Wade was sure to know about it. Glancing at the other groups, she saw a strange look on James' face. Ignoring it, she turned back to Wade, hoping that he would say the right answer.

"Mr. Malfoy, for ten points?" Ashton inquired to the student.

"The Trophy Room, Professor." Wade replied, confident of his answer.

"Ten points again for Slytherin!" A louder applause filled the room. The students seem to forget about Ashton's strictness but he didn't mind at all. "Here is the next slide." Another picture went in front of them. It is a huge room filled with beds covered on white sheets. Each bed have curtains on their sides. "This picture is worth six points. Anyone who would like to earn them?"

Wade raised his hand again, but felt a little guilty in not letting the other have a chance. Still, he knew what it was, and he couldn't help to feel so competitive about this. Glancing at the other Slytherins, he kept his hand up.

Ella who's been quiet this whole time also slipped up her hand. She wanted Wade to know that he wasn't the only one who knew the answer.

He saw Wade Malfoy's hand raised his hand but after a brief second, another Slytherin raised her hand, Ella Fontayne. "Slytherin again?" Ashton asked desperately. Though he was glad that they are winning the house cup, he was quite disappointed that the other teams are not that active as he hoped they will.

Noticing that Wade already got his chance before, Ashton decided to go with Ella this time. "Yes, Ms. Fontayne?"

"Professor, is it the hospital wing?" Ella replied smiling.

"Six points to Slytherin again." As usual, a cheering noise from the Slytherin corner wrapped the whole room but it seems not everyone in the class, especially the other three teams, are happy about it.

Ashton looked at his watch and realized that they only have a few minutes left. "I still have more slides here but the bell will ring soon. In order for the other houses to catch up, I will post three more pictures for you but Slytherin can still answer them so please, don't let them win easily. Here is the third to the last picture."

Another picture appeared in front of them. This time, the picture was outside the castle. It is a circular room made of stone. It seems to be cold, seeing how the trees on the background were swaying heavily. The windows doesn't seem to have glasses on them and on the floor were skeletons of mice and voles and some feathers from different breeds. "I intently took this picture on time, having no certain animal on the background. It would be easy if I did. Now, for seven points?"

Seeing the next picture, James instinctively raised his hand, forgetting about his timidity, since he really wanted Ravenclaw to win more points. He had immediately recognized the circular stone room, as it was the place where he first met Aurora and Isabella. Fixing the professor, he waited for him to chose someone to answer.

Ashton noticed one of his most quiet students raised his hand. He was surprised to see him do it for sometimes, shyness gets into his way. He made a slight smile, trying to hide his amusement. "Yes, someone from Ravenclaw again. Mr. Riddle, your answer will be?"

"The Owlery, professor?" James replied, trying to sound as confident in his answer as possible.

"Seven points for Ravenclaw." Ashton waited for their noises to withdraw before he presented another picture.

The picture showed two doors made of oak that are widely opened. In the huge room were filled with many torches that made it bright. The ceiling was almost not visible for it was high as the castle itself. The stairs were made of marble which leads to the first floor.

"This second to the last picture is maybe the easiest one. I'll give five points to this picture."

Ella knew this, she quietly raised her hand and waited on the professor to call on her.

Keith noticed that his team didn't seem to be answering any questions. Keith would have answered them, if he knew the answer. He felt stupid just sitting there while his other classmates raised their hands eagerly to answer Professor Clark's questions.

"What would be your answer, Ms. Fontayne?" Ashton asked.

Ella heard the Professor call on her, "Professor, if I'm not mistaking then it's the Entrance Hall?" Ella smiled, slightly confident.

"Excellent Ms. Fontayne. Five points to your house."

Ashton proceeded to the game, having a little time left. "This is going to be the last one for today."

The picture showed a very wide field with green grasses on them. There is a visible oval shaped around it and a circular shape in the middle. At its both side, there are tall poles and a circular hole on its top. "This is just going to be for three points."

"Excellent Ms. Fontayne. Five points to your house.This is going to be the last one for today.This is just going to be for three points."

Once again as the professor showed the next slide Ella's hand shot up. She waited impatiently, the answer on the tip of her tongue.

"This is just going to be for three points." Professor Clark announced, putting up another slide.

Keith's hand immediately shot up. This had been the only one he knew for sure he could get. If he got this, he would at least get a few points for Gryffindor.
