While adults may apply for any job in any location, students may only apply for jobs located in Hogsmeade or Hogwarts. The wizarding world is also full of professions for adult characters to become involved in! A profession is different from a job because it requires your character to pass certain N.E.W.T.S - seventh year exams - to qualify. If you created your character as an adult, and would like to specialize in a profession, your character will still be required to take and pass the tests in the respective subjects. If your character successfully joins a profession, they must actively practice their profession to receive their salary. All professions pay 50 galleons per month. If you want your character to apply for a profession, please fill out the form below and post it as a new thread in the Jobs forum. Once you have applied, an admin will review your application and either accept or deny it. If denied, you may re-apply in 72 hours. Your character may have more than one profession, and may have a profession in addition to a job.
