Home At Last (Aisha)

Nina and Sarah where one of the lucky few to get a carriage to themselves on the ride to Hogsmeade Station. This would be their first summer with their new guardian, Aisha! Nina was excited to play Quidditch in the back, and spending as much time with her as possible to learn every single thing about her that she could. Nina hoped she liked her new makeover. She didn't want to show up to the dance looking like a little girl, so she decided to look up some new looks, and decided upon this. Sarah looked just about the same as they had a makeover party in the Gryffindor common room one night, just the two of them.

Nina was also looking forward to spending time with Sarah. She didn't see the girl much, and when she did, Sarah was with her friends so she didn't want to intrude and invite herself along. She missed Sarah to say the least. She looked out the window and watched the sky move almost as fast as the train (which would be impossible), but she liked to imagine that they were going just as fast.

They finally pulled into the station. It had been so long, she feared that she had forgotten what Aisha looked like. But recognized her as soon as she saw her. She grabbed Sarah's hand and ran towards the blond lady standing all by herself. Together, Sarah and Nina looked at each other, then ran up to Aisha, and gave her the biggest hug they could. They were home.

Aisha had taken half a day off at work today, since the twins were finally coming home. They were, of course, much more important than various auror paperwork. She was owed holiday time anyway. She'd been constantly at the Ministry, because she had nothing much else to do than work. A meeting with Andrew, Tessa, David and the new trainees delayed her a little bit, so she was scared that she wouldn't be there on time to pick them up, but there wasn't much traffic in central London and she just about made it.

For a few minutes, she stood there waiting impatiently, tapping the heel on her shoe on the ground. There hadn't been time to go home and change, so she was her usual glamorous self, with her heels and suit and bright pink blouse.

Then she saw students start to push out of the doors, filling out the platform. Aisha rolled her eyes at how immature some of them were being, violently shoving people out of the way to get to their parents a tiny bit quicker. She really hoped the twins had some more manners than that. They were polite girls, though, she definitely knew that. There they were! Two girls, almost identical. But they were a lot taller than last time she had seen them, and so grown-up!

"Hello!" she greeted enthusiastically when they spotted her and came over. She hugged back. "You two look so different! Beautiful sort of different!"
