Texts on the Main Page

Here I have three main complaints:
1) Section names (Great Britain, Hogwarts Castle, etc.) are written in text, size of which is much smaller than forums' size (Classes, The grand Entrance). Section names are barely noticeable because of that.
2) Moving forum names. When you haver a mouse pointer over a forum name, it moves to the right. The problem is that sometimes, in case of Ministry departments, for example, one line name becomes two-line name, and all the main page moves.
3) Forum names text size is too big, Harry Potter General Discussion takes two lines, and this is not so classy. I would prefer if all forum names were one line long.

#1, how big do you want the section names to be?
#2, the movement code can be easily removed. Do you still want the forum names to change to a pale yellow though?
#3, either some of the names are gonna be really small, or we could use an acronym to shorten them? Harry Potter General Discussion could be shortened to HP Gen. Discussion, or something like that

1) Section names text size should be bigger or equal than forum names text size, which should be bigger or equal than description text size.
2) I'll see all combinations of changes when I come home on weekend and get to the code. I just want to hear people's opinion on these changes. I think we should go with color change on mouse hover for now.
3) I think we just need to make text size smaller, remove movement, and merge some forums. This way we can solve the problem without changing names. But if it's not enough, I would suggest renaming as well. I think forums names on main page should take one line, and have that much description + links below, that forums take nearly the same amount of vertical space.
