| Ever since her promotion to Head Auror, Aisha had been ridiculously busy. She'd thought her job was difficult and stressful before, but this was a whole new level of it. All the work had resulted in her working loads of extra hours, getting to work really early in the morning and leaving really late. It was even worse when they had field work, because she had to get it done, AND fill out all the paperwork and reports, along with her usual stack of work. It was alright. As bad as it sounded, she still enjoyed her job. She had more authority now. And therefore, more respect.
On this particular morning, she'd woken up, got changed and apparated straight to work without a second thought. And since she could barely move, she'd grabbed a coffee from the cafe. She didn't always like coffee. But when she really needed waking up, it was a necessity. It was all very quick, and she was back out to the Atrium towards the lift in no time. But then she tripped over her heels and stumbled forward, saving herself from falling over but not managing to stop her coffee flying through the air towards an innocent passerby.
She looked up at the man in horror and embarrassment. "I am SO sorry," Aisha gasped. "Are you okay? Not burnt or anything?" Although the coffee wasn't boiling hot, she wanted to make sure, and her hand flew to her bag to retrieve her wand and fix any injuries he might have obtained due to her clumsiness.

| Phoenix was having a swell day. The reports for the paper he had been editing were going smoothly, a couple grammatical errors were all that needed to be fixed. Find it weird or not, but Phoenix actually liked being head editor. He liked sitting behind his desk and editing things. It may seem boring, but Phoenix wasn't the type to do much physical work.
He liked to keep it safe. He had always been like that. He remembered during his school years, way, way way back in the day, when all of the others wanted to be healers, and auror's and stupid shit like that, but he just wanted to be something to do with the daily prophet. Whether it be editor, or writer. He wasn't nearly good enough of a writer for that though, so when the editor position opened up, he jumped for it and got the job.
It was in the morning, so he decided that he deserved a break. He had read two articles already, and his hand was hurting He hoped he wasn't getting arthirits or some other old people diseae. He smiled wanting a coffee. He lived on the stuff. It was then he saw a mop of blond hair flying towards him, and all of her brown liquid stuff came on him.
She started apologizing right away, and he of course was a nice old man. So he said, "It's ok ma'am. Nothing some good old magic can fix." He hoped she wouldn't stress about this too much. She was beautiful, and beautiful women didn't need worry stress wrinkles.

| Although she knew it wasn't the end of the world because she'd spilled some lukewarm coffee on a man, Aisha was easily embarrassed and she was inwardly dying. But she managed to regain her confidence and calm expression and simply shot him another apologetic smile. "True," she nodded. In all honestly, she wasn't too concerned about his clothes. It was just the worry that she might have given him an awful burn and have to remember all the right medical spells without making him more injured.
But it was okay. She didn't need to stress about that. He was fine, and she was fine, and she could get to work now. But she felt like it would be rude to just walk off without even acknowledging him again.
"I'm Aisha Khan," she smiled, holding her hand out to shake. "Head Auror." She never missed a chance to talk about her recent promotion. It was good, because by the time she was forty she would most likely be head of the whole department.

| Aisha. Pretty and exotic name for a girl around her age. Beautiful and blond. Phoenix nodded and said, "Oh, I'm Phoenix. Editor and journalist for the daily prophet. Pleasure to meet you miss." Head auror? Wow. What an accomplishment for a woman at her age. What an accomplishment for a woman. Phoenix wasn't usually sexist, but a woman for a head auror position? The ministry certainly has changed since he was a young lad. He didn't make any comment of it, but chose to judge her silently. Maybe this would make for a great article. Aisha, head auror, is she up for the job? Phoenix asked, "Would you like to sit down and talk about your work? I'm really quiet interested Ms. Would you be interested in answering a few questions for an article in the daily prophet?" He hoped she said yes. It wouldn't be a front page article, he had his much younger, and more fit journalists going out and getting those stories.
Phoenix sat down at the table and hoped Aisha would follow him. Sure his appearance wasn't all that spectacular compared to hers, but maybe she'd make the exception to sit with an old codger like him to get some publicity. And besides, he was the editor, he could run what he wanted, if the girl didn't give him good enough information for a column, then he didn't have to run it. But why was he always working? Phoenix was supposed to be on his break right now. And yet, here he was finding an excuse to write a column. And later tonight when he went home after his long and tiring day, he would probably sit at his desk with a bottle of fire whiskey and edit what he could. After all, Phoenix had no life. Except with his family. But the children were all out of the house, and Elita and the baby lived in France, and Ryland followed suit. And Lucy took a job at Hogwarts, and now he was just a boring old lonely man. Phoenix fixed his shirt with his wand, and got out his pen and notepad hoping the young lady would agree to helping him write this column.
